I was thinking too, as I read, how the snow melts away gradually, the “garbadge” is exposed gradually, one day you realize there is some stinky junk there (Wow! Is that smell me????) and it needs to be taken care of. The Lord is so often gracious and gentle as he nudges and prods us to acknowledge the “garbadge” and let it go. He is our best love.
